The legendary hero has just defeated you in combat! As a monster, genre dictates that you have the right to join their party of creatures – but not before the hero makes it worth your while.

See how many valuables you can squeeze out of the hero and get away with before they catch on to your scheme. Bargain well and the hero will be more willing to trade more valuable items; bargain poorly and you will meet your end.

Ways this game follows the 2023 GMTK Game Jam theme "Roles Reversed":

 - The player is confronted by an overpowered hero while assuming the role of an under-powered enemy; the opposite of a standard RPG.

 - Many RPG series like Dragon Quest, Megami Tensei, and Pokémon feature monster recruitment mechanics. The roles are reversed here with the player acting as the monster being recruited.

 - Instead of helping the hero succeed in their quest, the highest scores are rewarded to players who take as much as possible and offer no assistance.
